Riverside Vineyard Conference Centre offers a very well equipped Auditorium for corporate events, with multiple meeting rooms that are easy to customise to your event branding. We can offer any requirements for your event.

We believe it should be easy to get your meeting right first time,every time. From the initial enquiry to the final handshake, our Events coordinator will be there to support you and ensure your event is a success, whether it’s a conference, training day, meeting orteam-building event.

EVENT PLANNING
We would love you to visit the venue ahead of your event to meet with our event coordinator, who will talk through your requirements and understand what your goals are to help you deliver a successful event.

Access to Event Planners is complimentary with Conference packages but may incur an additional charge for other packages. Fill in your requirements via our Enquiry Form, and we'll get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

MEDIA, SOUND & LIGHTING
Our premises are very well-equipped with excellent media, sound & lighting equipment. When booking our auditorium you’ll benefit from using industry standard audio visual facilities and the services of a professional sound and media technician, all included in our standard conference delegate day rate.

CATERING
We offer event catering with a range of competitively priced, delicious menus for you to choose from according to your budget and requirements. Breakfast, Break time, Lunch, and Special dietary options are available.

PARKING
We have free and secure on-site parking at our conference premises available, our parking attendants will help your delegates to park quickly and easily. There are public car parks conveniently nearby as well as great public transport.

DISABLED ACCESS
Our conference centre has excellent general access to and throughout the building, dedicated parking close to reception, disabled toilets, hearing loop in the large conference Auditorium, a lift to the first floor allowing equal access for all.
